El famoso y rapido motor del Hudson Hornet - Twin H Power, 6 cilindros en linea cabeza plana,
con 5048 cc (308 cu in) y 170 hp, (algunas versiones llego a tener mas de 200 hp).

Durante los años 1951 a 1954 Hudson gana mas de 79 carreras de Nascar.

en ese tiempo tenian harta potencia y peso, pero les faltaba de todo lo demas, hoy en dia a la nascar le siguen sobrando potencia, peso y les siguen faltando frenos..........

son autos torpes si los sacas del circuito, incluso mas que los de antaño, ya que los de antaño eran autos de calle preparados para correr, los de hoy son dragster que doblan a la izquierda...........
